8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings.

9.1 Links Luxe Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers.
9.2 We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party providers

• Delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond our control

• Personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence

9.3 Our liability is limited to the total value of your booking.
