Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Links Luxe Travel, we specialise in bespoke golf travel experiences tailored to individual client requirements. Due to the customised nature of our services and reliance on third-party suppliers, our refund policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the commitments made on your behalf.

2. Deposits

2.1 All deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
2.2 Deposits secure your booking and cover initial commitments made to suppliers such as golf courses, hotels, and transport providers.

3. Cancellation by Customer

3.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

3.2 Cancellation Charges

Refunds are subject to the timing of cancellation and supplier terms:

  • More than 60 days before travel:
    Refund of payments made minus deposit and any non-recoverable supplier costs

  • 30–60 days before travel:
    Up to 50% refund (subject to supplier recovery)

  • Less than 30 days before travel:
    No refund available

3.3 Where suppliers impose stricter cancellation terms, these will take precedence.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain elements of your booking may be strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Tee time reservations at premium golf courses

  • Event tickets

  • Special accommodation rates

  • Pre-paid transport or experiences

These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

 

5. Amendments Instead of Cancellation

Where possible, we will attempt to accommodate changes to your booking as an alternative to cancellation. However:

  • Changes are subject to availability

  • Additional costs may apply

  • Some elements may still be non-transferable

6. Cancellation by Links Luxe Travel

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking:

  • You will receive a full refund of payments made to us, or

  • Be offered a suitable alternative of equal value

We are not liable for any additional costs incurred outside of your booking (e.g., flights booked independently).

7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Strikes or travel disruptions

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to recover funds from suppliers on your behalf.

8. Refund Processing

8.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 14–28 days.
8.2 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover:

  • Trip cancellations

  • Medical emergencies

  • Travel disruption
